Carto 3D Workshop in Shifa and PIC
Treating Complex Tachycardia is one of the main challenges World Wide. The most advanced technology to treat these complex cases is 3D Mapping. GMS & BSW-JNJ jointly conducted their first Clinical Workshop using Carto3 Mapping System at Shifa International Hospital Islamabad dated 27-29th July 2022. Under the supervision of Dr. Liaquat Zaman, MD USA (Expert in 3D Cases), Dr. Asad Saleem, and Mr. Eren Albayrak, Sr. Clinical Support Specialist, treating Complex Tachycardia like Atrial Flutter AVNRT and WPW PVCs. Pure 3D Cases reduced the burden of #Fluoroscopy up to 0% throughout these 3 Days.
The workshop completed in PIC by BSW Mr. Eren Albayrak, Sr. Clinical Support Specialist, UAE. Prof. Ashraf Dar, Dr. Manan, Dr. Imran Saleem, and Dr. Waqar were excited and thankful to GMS & JNJ for this continued Support. The efforts made by the team were also acknowledged by Prof. Bilal Mohyuddin (Executive Director, Punjab Institute of Cardiology, Lahore).
Dr. Mannan and the team successfully Ablated and mapped 2 cases (Atrial Tachycardia and WPW- Accessory Pathway). PIC is leading the way in Treating Complex Tachycardia's using Carto3 and will continue.
