J&J Team Visit to Pakistan
Johnson & Johnson Business Manager, Mr. Salah Al Rawahi, Senior Clinical Support, Mr. Eren Albayrak, and Consultant Cardiologist & Electrophysiologist, Heart Hospital, Qatar, Dr. Sajad Hayat, visited GMS Pakistan from 15th - 19th November 2021.
GMS conducted four-days Workshop from 15th - 18th November in the Electrophysiology Department of Punjab Institute of Cardiology, Lahore.
Mr. Musa of GMS facilitated the guests throughout the workshop with patients & case preparations along with the event lead General Manager, Mr. Syed Salah, and Mr. Umair.
The team visited Central Park Hospital and had a meeting with Dean, Central Park Medical College & Hospital, Dr. Sohail Chughtai, and Head of Cardiology Department, Prof. Naresh Kumar. They have shown great interest in establishing the Electrophysiology department.
Mr. Salah Al Rawahi, with Mr. Syed Salah, had a business meeting with CEO, Global Marketing Services, Mr. Zafar Mahmood, on prospects. They had a meeting in Shifa International Hospital, Islamabad with, Dr. Asad Saleem on the CARTO 3D System and its advantages in the cure of, Cardiovascular Diseases.
On 19th November, AFIC organized the EP workshop. Lieutenant General Nigar Johar Khan (Hilal-i-Imtiaz, Tamgha-i-Imtiaz), the first and only woman in the history of the Pakistan Army to reach the rank of Lieutenant General, was the chief guest and inaugurated the workshop. The honorable chief guest presented the souvenir to Dr. Sajad Hayat in the ceremony. Mr. Zafar Mahmood exchanged his thoughts on the EP workshop of AFIC with Dr. Sajad Hayat.
