Illumina team visited Pakistan
Illumina: A Global NGS market leaders' Senior Market Development Manager, Mr. Moner Ragas, and Mr. Boutras Maroun visited Pakistan from 28th March to 31st March 2022.
During their visit meetings were held with Special Secretary P&SHD Muhammad Ajmal Bhatti, DG Health, Head of PPTP, Dr. Hussain Jafri, and Dr. Hasnain Javed from the Punjab AIDS control program and discussed matters related to Medical affairs and NGS's role in Oncology, Thalassemia, Genetic disorder, and other diseases.
They also visited academic affairs stakeholders of key universities like DUHS, and AKUH and held a discussion on how to execute educational collaboration initiatives and courses on genomics implants in academics.
Illumina’s members along with the GMS team attended a meeting with KOLs of key customers and discussed ways to integrate NGS into clinical lab settings.
