GMS installs its first ever MALDI-TOF Mass Spectrometry System, in NIH
BioMérieux Service Engineer Middle East, Mr. Farid Andoh & Area Business Manager for GCC, Mr. Abdelsalam Aly visited GMS Pakistan from 15th – 19th April 2019.
Mr. Farid visited National Institute of Health for installation of Vitek MS & Mr. Issa conducted a session with NIH Lab Staff, discussed the procedures and result interpretation of Vitek 2 Compact.
VITEK 2 Compact is a Fully automated bacterial identification and antibiotic susceptibility testing system.
VITEK 2 ID/AST Cards - Designed to provide ID/AST results in as little as 5 to 8 hours
Other highlights of Mr. Issa’s Visit include:
• PKLI - Lahore: Training of Master Valve Mr60 to customer and biomedical staff with practical samples
• Fatima Memorial Hospital- Lahore: Discussion with Dr. Nadia about results interpretation of Vitek 2
• Chughtai Lab. – Lahore: discussion with HOD for reporting module/statistical module
• Islamabad Diagnostic Center: cost analysis exercise session with sales & application team
