New Avenues of collaboration with Chughtai Lab
In pursuance of new avenues of collaboration and strengthen existing relationships GMS hosted a visit of Chughtai Lab delegates. Chughtai is one of the premium chains of laboratories in Pakistan. As Chughtai is forecasting to establish their own warehouse facility, they analyzed and appraised GMS's state-of-the-art warehouse, supply chain mechanism, and cold storage facility while maintaining all QC standards. The delegates were oriented over GMS departments such as customer service, human resources, and compliance. They were also briefed on the GMS company’s profile, product portfolio, customer care program, and complaint response mechanism in an interactive session. The meeting concluded with future prospects of collaboration.
