GMS organizes training for Vitek Customers
Global Marketing Services organized a 4 days training session for its Vitek customers from 8th to 11th May 2017. The activity took place in the leading hospitals of Karachi and Islamabad. Mr. Issah Saadeh, BioMerieux’ Application Specialist for Middle East conducted the training session.
An In-house training session, for GMS customers, was also organized. Many microbiologists including Dr. Imtiaz, Mr. Bacha Khan (Anwar Ali Lab Swat), Dr. Mehreen, Mr. Sajjid (SKMCH) were invited to attend the training.
Moreover, many other standalone sessions were also organized in AFIP, Rawalpindi; Shifa International Hospital, Islamabad; AKUH, Karachi; Liaqat National Hospital (LNH), Karachi and Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS), Karachi.
Participants were given a brief overview of Vitek 2 and its benefits in the field of microbiology. Result interpretation and Hands on demonstration of the system were also included in the training.
